Redemption Performance Training Pty. Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Wildcard Golf mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Player names — entered by you when starting or joining a game. These are ephemeral display names; we do not require a real name or email address to play.
- Game scores — hole-by-hole scores you submit during a round, stored on our servers while the round is active and for a short retention period after.
Information Collected Automatically
- Device identifiers — an anonymous identifier used by RevenueCat (our payments provider) to associate your in-app purchases with your device. No personally identifiable information is linked to this identifier.
- Purchase records — records of any in-app purchases (Pro unlock, expansion packs, Veto Tokens) processed through Apple or Google and tracked via RevenueCat. We do not store your payment card details; those are handled entirely by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat.
- Basic usage data — we may collect anonymised, aggregated data (such as game session counts) to improve the App. This data cannot be used to identify you.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To run multiplayer game sessions and synchronise scores in real time.
- To process and verify in-app purchases and unlock entitlements (Pro features, expansion packs).
- To improve the App through anonymised usage analytics.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

4. Data Retention
Game session data (player names and scores) is retained on our servers for up to 30 days after the session ends, then automatically deleted. Purchase records are retained for as long as required to fulfil your entitlements and to comply with applicable financial regulations.
5. Children's Privacy
Wildcard Golf is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Game sessions use server-enforced game codes and player tokens to prevent unauthorised access.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
- Object to or restrict our processing of your data.
